About Kp Performance & Products in Salisbury
Mazcare In 1994 Kevin Potts started the businesses Mazcare specializing in serving Mazda & Honda vehicles operating from Rocklea Brisbane. Prier to this Kevin completed his apprenticeship at Westco Motors of South Brisbane (now Mazda Queensland) for nine years he worked in the Vehicle Servicing, Auto Electrical, Auto Trimming & Panel Shops gaining a great knowledge of the Mazda product, achieving the trade of Motor Mechanic & an “A” Grade Certificate finally being promoted to Service Adviser in his time with Westco Motors. Kevin moved to Salisbury Mazda to run the workshop as Foreman. After many years he was approached & accepted an offer by Brian Tebble Mazda (now OldMac Mazda).
Working as Service Manager, Kevin ran the Service Department & quickly learnt the spare parts side of the Mazda dealership as well. But Kevin’s love was to work on cars, paper work was clean but just not him. So a change to Southside Honda as Motor Mechanic gave him time to rethink & the idea of Mazcare was born.
Mazcare has changed with the times over fifteen years, from servicing Mazda’s & Honda’s to now specializing in Mazda Rx7 & Rx8 vehicles.
